Me and Media

I took Media Studies at GCSE and received a B grade, which i was satisfied with. I have decided to take the AS because i hope it will benefit my future, and i genuinely enjoy the subject. Media will help me further my path on my way to university, i am hoping to go into Journalism, English or some form of Publishing, but who knows? At the moment i am also studying Psychology, English Lit&Lang and Photography, which means that whichever path i choose i have got the AS subjects to use to my advantage, i see it as my decision and so i am willing to work hard to produce the results i need to achieve. All three of my other AS subjects will hopefully balance around Media in different ways. Last year i particularly enjoyed making a music video to, 'A-Punk' by Vampire Weekend, but, although i received a high 'B' grade for it, i feel it could have been done a lot better and i would love to be able to create something for my AS which truly shows the passion i have for the subject. I use the media day in and day out for so many different things, and i would love to endure a career in something which affects our generation so much,
